TRANSFORMING LEADERS

Leadership Triangle’s Transforming Leaders Program is a masters level course in leadership development, delivered within a cohort-based model. The program is designed to meet participants in their own lived experience and help them co-create a leadership framework that works for them – based on power literacy, authenticity, personal values, and desired impact.

The 2023 Transforming Leaders schedule is below. We will meet in person for some sessions, and for others, we will meet virtually. In-person class sessions are typically a full day, while virtual sessions will be half-days.

“I highly recommend the Transforming Leaders program. The combination of curriculum, coaching, and access to experts makes Transforming Leaders a truly impactful experience that was definitely eye opening for me as an emerging leader. If you’re interested in finding your leadership identity, please give Leadership Triangle a look.”

Omar Ali, Customer Success Executive, FSI, Red Hat

Key Elements of Transforming Leaders:

As part of the tuition fee, all participants complete a 360-degree feedback assessment tool prior to the start of the program. The 360 allows participants to have a better understanding of themselves as a leader and team member, and we provide 1:1 peer coaching to enable participants to process and integrate the lessons learned from the assessment.
Throughout the program, participants engage in group activities to create bonds and remove barriers, while gaining confidence and necessary skills.
All participants are matched with a peer coach. In confidential one-on-one peer coaching sessions, participants work with LT alumni coaches who can help define goals for their leadership action plan and ensure progress is made on those goals during the program itself.
