Leadership Triangle’s Transforming Leaders Program is a masters level course in leadership development, delivered within a cohort-based model. The program is designed to meet participants in their own lived experience and help them co-create a leadership framework that works for them - based on power literacy, authenticity, personal values, and desired impact.

Connection to incredible peers, a broad alumni network, unique programming, and your future self. It's a powerful and worthwhile combination."
- Zack Kaplan, Spring 2023 Goodmon Fellow
