TRANSFORMING LEADERS
Leadership Triangle’s Transforming Leaders Program is a masters level course in leadership development, delivered within a cohort-based model. The program is designed to meet participants in their own lived experience and help them co-create a leadership framework that works for them - based on power literacy, authenticity, personal values, and desired impact.
The 2024 Transforming Leaders schedule is below. We will meet in person for some sessions, and for others, we will meet virtually. In-person class sessions are typically a full day, while virtual sessions will be half-days.

"To me, the essence of the Transforming Leaders experience is reflection and connection. Reflection on your identity, your path, your values, your strengths, and your areas for growth. Connection to incredible peers, a broad alumni network, unique programming, and your future self. It's a powerful and worthwhile combination."
- Zack Kaplan, Spring 2023 Goodmon Fellow
