Leadership Triangle is the premier provider of regionally-focused leadership training in the Triangle. We offer annual leadership development programs for those focused on leadership in the corporate, nonprofit or government sector.

Our four leadership programs are described below:
Discover the Region in a NEW way! This program encourages participants to see themselves as future regional leaders. Over the course of 4 months, this program develops leadership skills while connecting participants to other key leaders and issues that face the Region.
The Leadership Triangle Executive Program is an opportunity for C-level executives, and their spouses or partners, who are new to the region, or in new positions to meet and learn from experienced top executives and community leaders. By engaging in conversations that address key regional topics, each participant will leave with a better understanding of their greater responsibility to the region and their potential impact on the community and within their company culture.
Transforming Leaders is a masters level course in personal leadership development. This course takes you on a personal journey from the inside out. We accomplish this by combining core curriculum, 360 feedback results, one-on-one coaching with real-life application and an intentional learning community. Each graduate gains a new network of regional leaders and a sense of their own place in the ever-changing Triangle.
Transforming Teams is an immersive, cohort-based experience for individuals and teams seeking to move a challenge, project or opportunity forward. Each team and participant will engage with expert leadership development facilitators, business coaches, and DEI consultants to help support them in their project, but they’ll also get leadership development support on how they are working together as a team. Additionally, participants will connect with and support their peers – other local teams and organizations – throughout the program.
