Leadership Triangle



We have an agenda full of rich curriculum, and ask that you be present for the entire program from beginning to end. When applying, please choose dates in which you’re available for the entirety of the program. Each session builds on the next and we do not offer recap or review opportunities. 

The first session of every program is mandatory

Our programs are primarily designed as in-person learning experiences, unless otherwise indicated. Each session includes experiential activities and small group discussions. We do not yet have the capacity to support a well-designed hybrid experience and ask that each participant join each session in person. 

We recognize that illness, traffic, and other potential emergencies can not be planned for. You may miss one full session + one additional hour throughout the program and still become a Goodmon Fellow. If you miss more than one session + one additional hour, you are welcome to continue participating in the program, but you will not earn the title and benefits of being a lifelong Goodmon Fellow. 

If a scheduling conflict comes up after applying or being accepted to a program, contact us at kristine@leadershiptriangle.com. We’ll work with you to find the best solution to ensure you’re able to be present for an entire program. 


Tuition payment is due three weeks (15 business days) after being accepted into the program. If accepted less than four weeks before the start of the program, payment is due within three business days of acceptance into the program. We cannot guarantee enrollment until payment is received.

For payment plans, please contact kristine@leadershiptriangle.com. You must pay at least $500 before the program begins, and full payment needs to be received no later than one week before your program's graduation date.


We understand schedules for leaders shift with their work, so we have developed the following transfer and cancellation policy to accommodate that reality, as well as maintain Leadership Triangle’s sustainability.


If you are enrolled in a public program, such as Regional or Transforming Leaders, and would like to transfer your enrollment to the same program at a later date, please notify Leadership Triangle as soon as possible in order to enable applicants on the waiting list to participate. Only one transfer is permitted, and must be fulfilled within twelve months of the original training. The following policy applies:

If you transfer...

60 days or more prior to the start date of a program

59-30 days prior to the start date of a program

29 days or less prior to the start date of a program


100% of tuition will be applied to the new session

75% of tuition will be applied to the new session

50% of tuition will be applied to the new session

If you do not fulfill your enrollment within twelve months, your enrollment will be cancelled and your training fees will not be reimbursed.

If a family emergency or similar circumstance prevents your attendance, please contact Leadership Triangle immediately. Each case will be handled individually.


Leadership Triangle must receive notice of cancellation by email. If we do not receive a notice of cancellation by the start of training, none of the tuition will be refundable. 

If you cancel...

60 days or more prior to the start date of a program

30-59 days prior to the start date of a program

29 days or less prior to the start date of a program


75% of tuition will be reimbursed

50% of tuition will be reimbursed

25% of tuition will be reimbursed

There are no refunds or transfers after the first session.

Leadership Triangle reserves the right to cancel a program at any time. If Leadership Triangle cancels a program, we will work with you to transfer your enrollment to another session (without any transfer fee) or you will receive a full refund for tuition.
