Policies


ATTENDANCE POLICY

We have an agenda full of rich curriculum, and ask that you be present for the entire program from beginning to end. When applying, please choose dates in which you’re available for the entirety of the program. 


The first session of every program is mandatory


For the remainder of sessions, you may only miss one session throughout the program in order to graduate and become a Goodmon Fellow. If you miss more than one session, you are welcome to continue participating in the program, but you will not formally graduate and will not earn the title of Goodmon Fellow. 


If a scheduling conflict comes up after applying or being accepted to a program, contact us at kristine@leadershiptriangle.com. We’ll work with you to find the best solution to ensure you’re able to be present for an entire program. 


PAYMENT POLICY

Tuition payment is due four weeks (20 business days) after being accepted into the program. If accepted less than four weeks before the start of the program, payment is due within three business days of acceptance into the program. We cannot guarantee enrollment until payment is received.


For payment plans, please contact kristine@leadershiptriangle.com. Full payment needs to be received no later than one week before your registered program begins. 


TRANSFER/CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand schedules for leaders shift with their work, so we have developed the following transfer and cancellation policy to accommodate that reality, as well as maintain Leadership Triangle’s sustainability.


TRANSFERRING TO ANOTHER PROGRAM

If you are enrolled in a public program, such as Regional or Transforming Leaders, and would like to transfer your enrollment to the same program at a later date, please notify Leadership Triangle as soon as possible in order to enable applicants on the waiting list to participate. Only one transfer is permitted, and must be fulfilled within twelve months of the original training. The following policy applies:


If you transfer…

30 days or more prior to the start date of a program

29 days or less prior to the start date of a program

Then…

100% of tuition will be applied to the new session

50% of tuition will be applied to the new session

If you do not fulfill your enrollment within twelve months, your enrollment will be cancelled and your training fees will not be reimbursed.


If a family emergency or similar circumstance prevents your attendance, please contact Leadership Triangle immediately. Each case will be handled individually.



CANCELLATIONS

Leadership Triangle must receive notice of cancellation by email. If we do not receive a notice of cancellation by the start of training, none of the tuition will be refundable. 


If you cancel…

30 days or more prior to the start date of a program

29 days or less prior to the start date of a program

Then…

75% of tuition will be reimbursed

25% of tuition will be reimbursed

There are no refunds or transfers after the first session.


Leadership Triangle reserves the right to cancel a program at any time. If Leadership Triangle cancels a program, we will work with you to transfer your enrollment to another session (without any transfer fee) or you will receive a full refund for tuition and room & board.
