LEADERSHIP INTENSIVE

Step into leadership with confidence

Designed for new managers or individual contributors looking to move into management roles, the Leadership Intensive equips you with the mindset, tools, and peer network to take the next step and grow your career.

Over 3.5 days, you'll learn how to move from the role of top performer to multiplier of other people's performance — building the delegation, feedback, and influence skills that make a team succeed, rather than relying on your own individual output to carry the results.

Who The Intensive Is For

  • New managers in their first year or two of leading a team
  • High-performing individual contributors preparing to step into management
  • Project leads who guide people without formal authority
  • Founders who just made their first hire

What You'll Learn

Three core competency areas — each designed to close the gap between where you are today and the leader you want to become.

Managing vs. Leading

Understand the critical difference between them and know exactly when each approach drives the best results for your team. Map out existing team processes and decisions, and find places to delegate.

Feedback without the Fallout

Handle conflict with confidence, deliver feedback that lands, and learn to receive feedback without getting defensive. In short: treat what someone did as separate from who they are.

Peer Coaching

Learn to ask questions that open up someone's thinking rather than jumping in with your own answer. Show up fully for someone else's problem without needing to own it.

“I recommend Leadership Triangle to everyone I know who seeks real, results-oriented professional development. You literally leave with a playbook on how to effect positive change within your office, which is a rarity in training today. After participating in the program, I gained confidence to work across differences and build a stronger foundation. Our new framework has fostered greater accountability and more equitable workload distribution, which has improved office culture. I stress less and think more about leading rather than managing.” - 2024 Program Participant
