Benefits Of Becoming A Goodmon Fellow

What Happens After the Program?

Fellows become lifelong members of the Goodmon Fellowship, now encompassing 1100+ Goodmon Fellow Alumni across the Triangle.

Fellows can opt-in to our Fellows-only online groups (Linkedin, Slack) to share resources and continue connecting across the Fellowship.

Fellows have the opportunity to post jobs from their company on the Leadership Triangle Job Board and the Triangle Region Job Board.

Leadership Triangle shares the stories of graduates through its blog, social media, and newsletter. We seek to amplify you and your work throughout the community.

Fellows get to go to private events like monthly gatherings and refresher cohorts featuring Triangle leaders. Fellows can also receive funding to put on community events of their choosing.

Fellows can apply for the Leadership Triangle Coaching Awards. Every quarter, Leadership Triangle awards 4 Fellows with 12 sessions of leadership coaching at no cost to them. All coaches are ICF certified with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

There are no annual fees for continued participation in Fellows-only programming. Fellow programming happens through the support of our donors and sponsors.
