Get to Know Leadership Triangle

The Triangle area has a bright future.

Our forward-looking community exudes promise and energy from every corner.

To live up to this promise, we need leaders to step up, build a cohesive vision for the region as a whole, and make our potential a reality for all.

Leadership Triangle exists to train these leaders and connect them into a strong network with a shared vision, intent upon seeing each other succeed.

Over the last 28 years, 950+ Triangle leaders have completed our programs, building positive momentum and community impact. And we’re just getting started.

What We’re About

To educate, develop, connect and activate leaders committed to making the Triangle the best place to work, live and thrive.

Improve you, Improve us all.

Self-awareness | Community | Collaboration | Diversity | Service

The challenges of our communities do not lie neatly within city or county boundaries.

The Triangle’s quality of life and future growth depends on our ability to work across these boundaries to find common ground.
