Leadership Triangle has emerged as a leading entity in the region, to help identify and groom future leaders, to identify and study regional issues, and to act as a clearinghouse of information for the Triangle.
I ask that you step up to the plate and join the other sponsors in their support of Leadership Triangle. It is our responsibility to be involved, to help define our future, and to pass the baton to emerging leaders, in order to insure the highest quality of life for the Triangle as we move into the 21st century.

In his 1994 inaugural speech, president-elect Nelson Mandela challenged his fellow black South Africans to shed the ill effects of apartheid and reach their fullest potential by saying, "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure." Perhaps the greatest aspect of Mr. Mandela’s inspirational challenge is his use of the word "we" to convey the concept of unity and collective achievement. Leadership Triangle seeks to convey the same powerful message. My skills and training in community development, residential real estate, affordable housing and communications achieve little on their own. Collectively, with a network of other committed and talented people, I can help and be helped in ways that are infinitely greater and more satisfying. When it's all said and done, the strength of Leadership Triangle rests with the people, my colleagues, who come to this organization with a vision for a better Triangle. I'm happy to be a part of Leadership Triangle where we work together to make a difference.

As a Leadership Triangle Program alumna, I feel extremely proud and thankful for all I learned and later applied in my personal and professional life. The diversity of my class was an extremely energizing part of my experience. I am supporting every effort of Leadership Triangle to build and develop a body of diverse leaders that come from different walks of life and reflect the strength of our great region.
