Peter Anlyan built teams during 20 years of corporate life with Capitol Broadcasting Company.· Having been an organizational development catalyst for clients in the corporate sector, health care, higher education, state and county government, his work includes a broad range of programs, from aligning leadership teams to training staff in enhanced communications skills to coaching leaders to be more effective team members.· As an executive coach, Peter’s focus is on managers who are struggling to reach their potential as leaders.· Peter uses his corporate experience and training to help clients discover their tool sets, and to design and implement a plan to achieve personal and organizational goals. He authored the Fulcrum: Leading for Team Results and Bringing Your A-Game·programs for teams in organizations that want to more effectively connect managers and teams to the organization's common good for results.

Peter received his certification in 2001 in Coaching and Organizational Learning from Newfield Network and George Mason University.···He also has certifications in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Crucial Conversations, Tipping Point, Tilt360 Leadership Predictor, and is a trainer of The Leadership Challenge program.· He is certified in the American Hospital Association & Center for Healthcare Governance Quality Curriculum for Trustees.·

Peter has chaired, co-chaired or served on over a dozen regional organizational boards. He was a founding leadership coach with Leadership Triangle. In July 2012, Peter led his second workshop "Bringing Your A-Game to IT (And Expecting the Same From Others)" in Cambridge, MA as part of the MIT Chief Data Officer and Information Quality Symposium.

Doris Barksdale

Motivational Consultant/Community Development Manager

Doris Barksdale is a certified sports counselor in her 13th season with the franchise as the team’s motivational consultant. In her capacity of motivational consultant, Barksdale is available to team members and staff on an individual basis to listen, and counsel, in the areas of career and family. In her community development role, Barksdale identifies organizations that would benefit from a charitable relationship with the Carolina Hurricanes. Barksdale came to North Carolina with a wealth of experience in community relations and personnel development. She is the author of the copyrighted training program, “Circles" and "A Book of Poems from Lessons Learned." is the founder of the Hurricanes literacy incentive program, "Pick Up a Book and Read," which currently has partnerships and participation in 31 elementary schools and 95 classrooms in North Carolina. This year also marks her second year serving as a coach for Leadership Triangle.··

Barksdale began her community service with the Detroit Board of Education where she served for 10 years as a community/school liaison in Region Two. Barksdale also worked as a program director for Western YMCA Metro Detroit for seven years and is a certified program director. She was employed for two years as a program director for United Community Services of Metropolitan Detroit. She also hosted a daily radio program entitled, “Personally Yours,” on WQBH for 14 years. Doris resides in Raleigh, North Carolina and has two sons, Andre and Robert.

Kathleen Crabbs Clark

Wildacres Leadership Initiative

Kathleen C. Clark is an independent Leadership Educator and Coach. She is Lead Faculty and Coach for the William C. Friday Fellowship for Human Relations, the premier program of Wildacres Leadership Initiative, based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Kathleen served as Program Director at WLI for 12 years internally. As lead faculty she designs and, with partners, facilitates the two-year leadership program, working with twenty adults on developing leadership with integrity, intention and inclusion. Kathleen acts as the personal coach to each Fellow in the class for the full two year period, working with them to define and meet their intentions for their lives.

Kathleen is also an Associate with OpenSource Leadership Strategies, Inc, ·a national consulting practice that builds organizational and leadership capacity for breakthrough social change. OpenSource focuses on organizations as units as well as agents of structural change.

Prior to coming to North Carolina in 1998, Kathleen worked with NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science in Alexandria, Virginia for eight years. While there she managed and developed experiential education programs that explored various aspects of human interaction, including multiculturalism, conflict resolution, organization development, leadership development and more.

In addition to her work with adult learners in this capacity, Kathleen taught writing at Randolph-Macon College and George Mason University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, VA and a Master of Arts in English, with a concentration in teaching writing and literature, from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.

Her work outside of Wildacres complements her professional interests in human relations. She has served as a mediator for the Orange County Dispute Settlement Center, mediating divorce, partnership and custody cases, and served on the Board of the Women’s Center in Chapel Hill for four years, where she was a member of the Executive Committee for three. She remains active with the Women's Center. She has enjoyed the privilege of being a part of the Initiative and working with the Fellows of the William C. Friday Fellowship for Human Relations since·June 1999. Kathleen and her husband, John, have two children, Eliza and Henry, and live in Hillsborough, NC.

Mark Molitor

Mark Molitor·provides consulting, facilitation and leadership coaching services. He presently serves as Director of the Personal Leadership Program of Leadership Triangle. He works with executives, leadership teams, and entire organizations to help them effectively address immediate business challenges, to achieve long-term results, and to build adaptive capacity. He has trained and worked with the founding developers of methodologies such as DesignShop, Conference Model, Future Search, and Open Space Technology.

Mark's experience includes co-founding and serving as CEO for 11 years of a successful computer software corporation. He has consulted in a wide range of industries including nonprofits, human services, state and municipal governments, associations, foundations, healthcare, biotech, software, automotive, banking, and environmental health. As a contractor with the MG Taylor Corporation and Ernst & Young Management Consulting, he worked with numerous Fortune 500 clients.
